2. The agency will fill out the intake form to outline creative direction.

3. Justin will have a preliminary call with the agency to finalize the design.

4. The agency will sign the custom template agreement form and a Jira ticket is created.

5. The video team begins production.

6. The initial proof is sent to the client for approval.

7. The template is sent back for edits or approved and activated.
