There are several media formatting requests that can only be handled by support team members with access to the Adobe Creative Suite. However, the following resources can also be utilized by any support team member.

File Conversion
Examples:
Converting WEBP, AVIF, or SVG files to PNG format.
Converting .mov files (most common file type submitted for spec ad requests) to MP4 format.
Converting .wav files to MP3 format.
Background Removal
Example: Removing the white background of a logo file so it will be transparent.
Video File Compression
Example: Most newer templates in our system accept files up to 256MB, but some older designs are best suited for smaller video files under 125MB.
Download YouTube Videos
Example: Many spec ad requests don’t have finished video files to use in a companion template (or they are currently in production). This allows you to pull a file from YouTube to utilize a video asset, as it is not uncommon to receive a YouTube link from clients.
