In Hoot Monitor (legacy platform), create a new advertiser under the HootVid Agency account.
Title as “Name – Training | Hoot Interactive | Advertiser ID”
Website: https://www.hootinteractive.com
Address: 3006 Bee Caves Rd. Suite A-290 Austin, TX 78746
The Advertiser ID can be found in HootVid by checking the URL while in your advertiser’s settings page.
Example:
For the responsible user, ONLY select “Hoot Vid (hootvid198@gmail.com)”.
Under Features, toggle Dynamic Display Feeds on. This is the only feature that will be activated.
In the Special Requests Section, add “DO NOT INDEX. FOR TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY.”
We will not be using this advertiser for training purposes. Instead, we will all create feeds under a pre-added advertiser in order to reduce server strain.
To create the feed we will be using for our test ads,
Search for the advertiser titled, “Auto Agency Demo | Toyota of Cedar Park”
Under this advertiser, create a feed titled, “HV Inventory – Name”
Set Feed Type as Default
Set Feed Format as Internal
Example:
In HootVid, add a new Data Source under your newly created advertiser (from Section 1.1) using this feed URL.
Name: “All Inventory – Toyota of Cedar Park”
