Facebook Ad Set Configuration

Within the video ads tab for an advertiser, you are able to configure a Facebook Ad Account for Dynamic Video integration. To achieve the setup:

Support Setup
Dynamic Video ads are uploaded to Facebook directly via API. This means, there will be no VAST tag output for this distribution method.
Support Integration
In HootVid, navigate to the header bar and select “Contact Support”.
Select “Facebook Ad Set Configuration”.
Fill out the form and submit to complete the process.
The Ad Description and Ad Primary Text fields are optional. The rest of the fields are required in order to upload to Facebook via API integration.

Page & Access Requests
A support ticket will be created upon completion of the form. Our support team will respond with updates on this ticket.
Requests will be sent for access to both the Page and Ad Account. The requests must be proactively approved by you or your client.
Support Setup
After both requests are approved, our support team will assist you with creating your Dynamic Video ad and save it as a draft. You will then be able to make whatever updates you’d like to the ad and Facebook Settings before rendering. Again, all correspondence will be done via the previously mentioned support ticket.
