Advertiser Assets Library

HootVid allows for the storage of assets at the advertiser level. All uploaded assets (audio, images, and video) will automatically be stored in this library. Assets can also be added to this library manually.
Asset Library
To access an advertiser’s asset library, first navigate to your Advertiser menu. There will be a Library button on the right-hand side of each respective advertiser.
Please note that each individual advertiser in your account will have its own asset library. If there are shared assets between each library, we recommend adding them manually.
While inside the Asset Library, you will notice a few key navigation points.

Adding New Assets
Select Add Asset to add new files to your library.
HootVid only accepts certain file types. Please refer to our Media Specifications to ensure that the files you are uploading will be accepted.
Editing Assets
To edit the the uploaded assets, select the pen & paper icon on the asset and type directly into these fields.
Select the three vertical dots on the right-hand side of each asset to access the advanced options. This will display the ability to preview, download, and delete assets.
Using Assets
While inside of the Video Editor, users will see the Use Library button under every media element and some other creative elements, such as colors. Selecting this button will enable users to select files that have been previously uploaded or added to their advertiser library.
