Deployment Overview

3668: Add Table with feature activation flags for advertiser features.
3679: Rework Advertiser Scheduling support in the frontend and adapt Advertiser API Calls
3780: For recommended scrapping configuration, filter by the client as well

3662: Improve inefficient queries used when loading client/advertisers data
