Facebook Default (Automotive)

The feed format is needed to run Dynamic Display Campaigns on Facebook Commerce manager for automotive (vehicle) Catalog type. This Feed can also be used if the client is using Simplifi to set-up search campaigns.

vehicle_id	The Manufacturer's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
title	Condition of the Product, Year, Make, Model and trim
description	Condition of the Product, Year, Make, Model
url	Link to VDP (vehicle detail page) or To PDP (Product Description Page)
make	Vehicle/Product Manufacturer (ex. Honda)
model	Vehicle/Product Model Classification (ex. Civic)
year	Year of Manufacture (ex. 2020)
mileage.value	The number listed from the vehicle odometer
mileage.unit	The Unit of measurement to measure mileage (miles)
vehicle_type	The classification or group of vehicles the product best fits within (ex. Car_ Truck)
transmission	Vehicle transmission classification (Manual/ Automatic)
fuel_type	Type of fuel vehicle uses (ex. GASOLINE)
body_style	The style of the body of the vehicle (ex. Sedan)
drivetrain	This identifies the drivetrain of the vehicle. They are classified as RWD, AWD, FWD and 4WD
vin	Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
stock_number	Dealership's own designation of the car on their lot.
price	This is the price collected when indexing the inventory from the website/CMS provider
sale_price	This is an alternate attribute that can be used but it is not set by default. This requires Hoot to identify the products original price and a secondary sale price must be provided.
address	Location to the dealership or location to purchase product.
exterior_color	Color of the outside of the Vehicle (Hoot’s image classification AI will try to normalize the color assignments. For example, if the vehicle is called “Brilliant Red” from the OEM, Our AI will identify it as “Red”
availability	This identifies if your vehicle / product is in or out of stock
state_of_vehicle	This attribute contains the condition of the vehicle (ex. New, Used, CPO)
latitude	The angular distance of the dealerships/ location of product north or south
longitude	The angular distance of the dealerships/ location of product East or West
trim	Versions of the vehicle Model (ex. Sports Package)
dealer_id	Dealer Identification Number this is the advertiser id from the Hoot system
image[0].url	Link provided and taken from the VDP/ PDP that represents vehicle/product
image[0].tag[0]	Primary image classification, values included are: DEALER, STOCK, or PLACEHOLDER

Facebook allows the addition of 3 custom attributes or called custom label. These are identified as the following attributes:

Hoot can assign specific attributes to one of these columns to better help segment vehicle or product segments
