Cars For Sale - aka. Google My Business

This is the feed format needed for Google’s Car For Sale program. We do have the feed available at the advertiser level and at the client level. The client level feed consolidates all individual feeds or allows you to define which accounts to include. The Consolidated feed is currently what is needed for an agency to upload directly through an FTP service to Google.

VIN	Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
store_code	Free text field- this can be entered at the advertiser setting or when creating the feed. A store code is a unique ID for each business. By Default this value is empty inside the Business account but must be used when utilizing the feed services.
dealership_name	Name of Dealer or Storefront listed in the advertiser settings
dealership_address	Location to the dealership or location to purchase product
image_link	Picture taken off the VDP/ PDP that represents vehicle/ product
link	Link to VDP (vehicle detail page) or to PDP (Product Description Page)
price	The indexed selling price of the product/vehicle. If multiple prices are available the lowest price is assigned.
msrp	The manufacturer’s suggested retail price, by default this value is not captured but can be configured at the request of the client.
condition	Condition of the vehicle or product. Classifications include: new, used and cpo
make	Product Manufacturer
model	Product Model Identifier
trim	Versions of the product model
Year	Year of Manufacture ( ex. 2020)
mileage	The number listed from the vehicle odometer this includes the unit of measure (ex. 28 miles)
exterior_color	Color of the outside of the vehicle or product (Hoot’s image classification AI will try to normalize the color assignments. For example if the vehicle is called “Brilliant Red” from the OEM, Our AI will identify it as “Red”
options	Description of the options the vehicle comes with (ex.4 Doors, FWD, Gasoline, Automatic)
body_style	the style of the body of the vehicle (ex. Sedan)
certified_pre_owned	Identifying if a vehicle is certified currently it is set as a numeric value 1 for yes or 0 for no.
dealership_phone	Phone number of dealership
description	Condition of the Product, Year, Make, and Model
fuel	Type of fuel vehicle uses (ex. GASOLINE)
num_doors	Number of doors on vehicle
transmission	Vehicle transmission classification (Manual/ Automatic)
