Facebook Product Default
The Facebook (Retail) feed format is designed for dynamic product ads across retail verticals using Facebook Catalogs. To configure a new feed, start by entering a descriptive Feed Name for easy internal tracking.
Leave the Feed Type set to Default, and make sure the Feed Format is selected as Facebook (Retail) to match the structure required by Facebook’s retail catalog specifications. In the Advertisers field, select the appropriate advertiser that this feed will serve.
Under optional settings, the Missing Price to $1 checkbox can be enabled to assign a default value of $1 for any products that do not have a price listed. This helps prevent Facebook from rejecting products missing required pricing data.
The URL Appends section allows you to add UTM parameters or custom tracking values to each product URL by clicking + Add new. As you enter parameters, the Campaign URL Preview will display the full URL structure with your appended values.
