The SimpliFi - Homes feed format is used specifically for real estate campaigns powered by the SimpliFi platform. This format is tailored to support programmatic advertising for home listings, allowing dynamic ad delivery based on location, price, and listing attributes. To begin, enter a descriptive Feed Name. Keep the Feed Type set to Default and select SimpliFi - Homes from the Feed Format dropdown.
Next, choose the appropriate client or advertiser from the Advertisers dropdown to associate the feed correctly. If campaign tracking is required, click + Add new under the URL Appends section to attach UTM parameters or custom tracking tags. The Campaign URL Preview will dynamically update to show what the final tracking-enabled URL will look like.

Simplifi allows the addition of 5 custom attributes or called custom label. These are identified as the following attributes:
